European Auto Repair, or EAR as we like to
call it, is a family owned and operated independent Mercedes Benz repair shop. Established by the late Werner and Monika Wagner in 1985, EAR is currently owned and operated by their son Chris, and long time business partner Mike Okey.
Have you ever felt that your car dealer, while extremely courteous and helpful with your initial purchase doesn’t seem to provide the same level of customer satisfaction with their service department? EAR can provide you with an alternative for both repairs and warranty maintenance without voiding your warranty. We also provide professional repairs on vehicles no longer covered by warranty. At EAR, we have the latest diagnostic tools and use only Mercedes Benz parts. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service, and will work with you to get the job done right and in a timely fashion.
EAR is a member of the Better Business Bureau, and has been on their honor roll for the past 10 years. Located at 114 Mill St., San Rafael, CA we are surrounded by other automotive specialists such as body shops and upholstery shops in case your car needs a
